2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of digital products (ebooks, illustrations, calendars, PDF files, etc.) offered on provencebyrachida.com.
3. Products
The products sold are downloadable digital files (PDF, JPG, PNG, etc.).
The main characteristics of each product are specified on the product page.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
As a sole proprietorship benefiting from VAT exemption, VAT is not applicable (Art. 293 B of the French CGI).
5. Order and confirmation
The order is confirmed once the payment is successfully processed via Stripe.
The customer receives a confirmation email containing a download link.
6. Delivery
The digital product is available immediately after payment via a download link.
The customer must keep the link and the downloaded file.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once the performance has begun after the consumer’s prior agreement and explicit waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By placing the order, the customer explicitly agrees to this condition.
8. Intellectual property
Products are protected by copyright.
The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use only.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale is prohibited without written authorization.
9. Liability
Digital products are provided “as is”.
The seller cannot be held responsible for improper use or technical issues related to the customer’s environment.
10. Personal data
Collected data is necessary for order processing and payment.
Data is not sold to third parties.
Customers may exercise their rights to access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting provencebyrachida@gmail.com.
11. Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
The competent court will be that of the seller’s registered office.
