When you live in Provence (South-Easten corner of France) you do tend to enjoy going at a slower pace. It’s because you want to fully take in the heat, its winds clearing the dazzling white clouds from its deep blue sky, the sound of cicadas lulling you to rest, the perfume of lavender, and the unique taste of its many fruits (cherries, melons, grapes …) One of the best ways to do so is doing walking tours of villages or going hiking around them.
